If you have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.Our client offers:A collaborative and dynamic work environmentA comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentKey Responsibilities:Spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards, guaranteeing adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Deliver expert-level technical support for Windows 10 and 11, Active Dictionary, DNS and IP networking.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles, facilitating IT infrastructure and operations.Technical Essentials:Experience with Entra (nee Azure) AD and Microsoft 365.Familiarity with Cisco switches and firewalls.Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing Active Directory, Desktop Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Device Management, and Endpoint Security.Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and practices.Additional Nice to Have Experience:Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket etc…)VMware Mac desktop supportFamiliarity with scripting languages, preferably PowerShellExperience with compliancy models (ISO, NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC)
