Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality AssuranceLocation: Clifton, New Jersey (Relocation Assistance Available)Employment Type: Full-timeQualifications – Required:Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with a graduate degree.At least 5 years of experience in Quality management or operations leadership.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.Preferred Skills:In-depth knowledge of quality and reliability methods for hardware and software systems in the aerospace or electronics industry.Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification with proven experience in leading and implementing projects.Familiarity with configuration control management practices.Experience with Agile Oracle, Windchill, Cincom, or DOORS software suites.Knowledge of J-STD and IPC standards.ASQ certification.Experience managing AS9100-certified businesses.Active or eligible TS security clearance.
