About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: Hybrid; Any 3 days between Mon-Thurs (Mondays preferred); Fri are RemoteResponsibilities:Create and manage change and training project plans for system implementationsCollaborate with business partners to understand IT solutions, business requirements and implementation plansConduct needs analysis to determine size and scope and impact of change and training projectsDetermine the appropriate method of development for training inclusive of instructor guides, videos, job aids, on the job training exercises and user guidesDesign, develop and maintain instructional materials using applications and other tools for Instructor Led and digital/on-line trainingConduct end-user system training, train the trainer and provides support to other trainersCoordinate training logistics, scheduling classes and, recording attendance in LMSComplete sustainability reviews to identify and update training content and communicates all updates to end-usersPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:5+ years of experience developing SAP system training documentation and delivering end user trainingBachelor's DegreeExperience with Adult Learning methodologiesExperience with Enable Now, Rise, Camtasia and other Content Development systemsProject management experienceProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong attention to detailDesired Skills:Master's Degree
