Duration: 12 months, contract-to-hireWorksite Location: Coon Rapids, MN-onsitePay: $26-28/hrWhat you’ll do as a Coordinator:Assist Agents/Advisors by processing contracting requests with various Health, Life, and Annuity CarriersLearn and maintain working level of knowledge of SureLC, AgencyBloc, Smartsheets, DocuSign and other business platformsSet up agent contracting profiles in SureLC and AgencyBloc and maintain accurate data in business platformsCoordinate closely with Sales, New Business and Commission teams to keep business moving efficientlyProvide agents with CE, licensing, and product training resourcesAct as a licensing and contracting resource for staffCommunicate with Agents regarding contracting status on a regularly scheduled basis.Develop and innovate strategies and resources to improve the contracting and onboarding experience for agentsCollaborate with carrier representatives to learn their contracting processes, develop an understanding of their resources available, and monitor contracting statusDevelop and maintain resources that can be shared with agencies and agents in complicated contracting situations to track and communicate progress and needed itemsWhat you’ll bring to the Coordinator role:Detail oriented with excellent attention to details and strong organizational skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work engagementsAbility to take direction and consistently follow through on multi-step project/proceduresCuriosity to ensure that projects assigned by multiple people are understood, prioritized, and completed in a timely mannerDemonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with minimal directions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain confidential information and adhere to company policies and work rulesHighly motivated, self-directed, and results drivenProven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environmentDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
