Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEOLocation: Chicago, ILAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Chairman of a dynamic organization. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, organization, and discretion. The Executive Assistant will act as a key partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as a liaison across the leadership team.This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior executives across multiple business entities and manage a wide range of responsibilities, including corporate support, family office assistance, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives, excelling under pressure, and navigating complex schedules and priorities.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Manage intricate calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee communication on behalf of the CEO.Travel Management: Arrange comprehensive travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience.Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including board sessions and leadership events.Document Oversight: Draft, review, and manage various reports and presentations, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and senior leaders, fostering strong relationships and enabling efficient communication.Family Office Assistance: Provide support for select personal and family-related tasks, ensuring a balance of professional and personal priorities.What We’re Looking For:A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and anticipate needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who demonstrates sound judgment and discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with travel and expense management systems.A team player who can work effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.Bachelors degree requiredWork Environment:This is an onsite role based in Chicago, with standard business hours.Compensation:Base salary range: $125,000–$130,000, plus bonus eligibility.
