Our capital is used for various purposes such as working capital, business expansion, inventory and machinery purchases, competitor acquisitions, bridge financing, and meeting payroll deadlines.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time in-person role for an Underwriter at Capital Express. The Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing risk factors on funding applications, determining the creditworthiness of applicants, and making decisions on funding approvals. The role also includes communicating with ISO's, and partnering with new ISO's. Lastly, the role will require assistance in the repayment/ collections process. Qualifications5+ Years MCA Underwriting Experience Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience in financial statement analysis and risk assessmentKnowledge of lending regulations and complianceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in assessing applicationsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldCertifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Credit Professional (CCP) are a plus
