You are the primary liaison between the internal CMDS team and the client. Your job is to serve both the client and the company by facilitating the success of ongoing client relationships. You will provide strategic input and come up with creative solutions to meet their goals. As a senior member of the team, you will have leadership and organizational responsibilities helping the team meet goals.ABOUT YOUYou’re organized, forward-thinking, and “love it when a plan comes together”You have proven and seasoned technical experience as both an account strategist and project manager, ideally within an agency environment.You’re good at overcoming challenges and have a knack for figuring out new ways to do thingsYou think logically, critically and strategically and have a great sense of businessYou look at the world around you, and see opportunities to improve the design and experience of everythingYou’re a people person – you’re outgoing, social and comfortable working with all kinds of people and personalities in easy and challenging situations alikeYou are passionate about creating great experiences for other peopleYou commonly get infected with great ideas and have the ability to see them throughYou’re a natural leader who has experience driving results within a teamYou can schedule and manage several large projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail, without dropping the ballMost important, you are a person that knows you can work anywhere, but chooses to work with usWHAT YOU WILL DOOwn existing and new accounts, including the client relationship and overall project managementBe the primary point of communications between CMDS and the clientAssist in developing effective business proposals for clients.Develop internal and external business presentations as needed.Attend new business meetings, give presentations and provide valuePlan new projects (web sites, print pieces, some marketing) that are specific to the client and write proposalsProvide strategic and creative input to guide the direction of the clientCome up with creative solutions to meet business and client goalsWork with our team of Designers and Developers to help design successful outcomesGenerate account reports on both periodic and as needed basis.Schedule and prioritize client deliverables within defined scope, timeline and budgetMake sure that projects/tasks are on schedule/delivered on timeLook for and capitalize on opportunities for upsells (increased scope, new projects, marketing opportunities)Make sure that the client is well taken care ofHold the client accountable for their commitments/requirements to the projectKeep tabs on project hours/budgetSetup client in Asana to manage the projectsDocument all meetings and communicationsFollow up on past due invoicesInteract with marketing department when projects overlapProvide sales supportAssist with quality assurance, testing and documentationAnalyze and troubleshoot issues and resolve questionsAnalyze online campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements, with assistance from Director of MarketingDevelop sales strategies to meet marketing objectives.Develop a positive and continuous working relationship with customers for business growth.Educating and pre-qualifying leads and managing the CRM when new sales opportunities ariseOUR REQUIREMENTS10+ years project management experience with a web or technology company10+ years of experience managing client accounts in a professional services settingExperience leading strategic UX/UI discussions across a broad variety of goal-driven environments (i.e. Web sites, mobile applications, e-commerce, web applications, etc) a major plusExperience leading a team a plusYour own method of transportation for work and meetingsWillingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlinesStrong knowledge of popular content management systems (wordpress especially, joomla, drupal)A passion for streamlining business processes to save time and moneyPharma Experience a huge plus!COMPENSATIONWe'll pay for approximately 50% of your medical, 100% dental, every Friday off, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays, as well as give you a great place to grow.
