Social and Search-focused positions are currently open!GRAIN GROUP's Senior Analysts play a crucial role in the development and execution of biddable media/advertising plans in accordance with the objectives and strategies developed on assigned accounts.Specific DutiesManage Amazon, Walmart, & Retail Media activities associated with assigned accounts – helping develop objectives and strategies that coincide with the client’s marketing direction.Optimize self-managed campaigns based on client objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all elements of success are utilizedManage and optimize Amazon Seller Central listings, inventory, and promotions aligned to client marketing calendarsOversee and develop process and framework for media reporting – working with adops & performance teams to deliver actionable insights for clients on a timely basisIntimately understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reportedGrow a strong relationship with clients and client agencies - through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the client’s basic business issuesAssist in the on-going monthly actualization and clearance of client investments - in alignment with the terms and conditions of industry standard finance practicesProvide POVs on various media in the marketplaceAssist on new business efforts when requiredWork with media partners to develop, negotiate, and execute media plans, and gauge performance and KPIs to determine the extent to which client objectives and strategies are being metPeople Responsibilities:Work in a team environment that promotes collaboration and communicate effectively across all levelsEnsure all direct reports master the skills and organizational savvy required for advancementOn-Going Skills and Behaviors:Develop a detailed awareness of client business issues, and on-going awareness of industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competitionMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of client-relevant aspects of Digital Media, Search, Video, Mobile, etc.Formal certification or experience in the following tools are required: Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central/Campaign Manager, SA360, Skai/Pacvue, etcAdditional paid social media experience - i.e. Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn experience is desired.Requirements:1-2 years paid digital advertising experience required.Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads & AmazonBing and additional platforms beneficialMotivated (self-starter) who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is looking to be challenged by their work and clients.Candidate will be working across multiple accounts and must be comfortable wearing multiple hats.Great analytical and presentation skills are must. Must be able to think on your feet to deliver outcomes.We don’t constrain anyone by their title - you will be interacting directly with clients.
