E-commerce and Customer Service Representative:Position Overview:iKrusher is seeking a dedicated Part-Time E-commerce and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to the operations of our online store, focusing on order processing, customer support, shipment coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs.Responsibilities:Efficiently process website orders, ensuring smooth and timely transactions for customers.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Coordinate shipments with logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.Work with sales representatives to manage and process wholesale orders.Communicate effectively with the production team to align order specifications and timelines.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.Requirements:Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, logistics, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and basic office software.Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.Position Details:Schedule: Part-timeHourly Rate: $22-$25Benefits:Eligible for the company's 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment.Sick hours earned from the date of hire and eligible to use after 90 days of employment.iKrusher is an equal-opportunity employer.
