We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working in a customer service environment, that is metrics based who have experience with mid-to-high volume inbound calls. We are looking for individuals with flexible availability, as shifts will fall somewhere between that range. Candidates need to be open to working 2-3 late nights a week (that shift is 11:00am-7:00pm).
