The Library Clerk will support our Quality Control department. Duties and Responsibilities:Determine all manufacturers' instructions for continued airworthiness are current and available to maintenance and the inspection personnelPurchase new technical data and create requisition with PurchasingEnsure proper documentation for payment of technical documentation Maintain and update contact information from all OEMs technical servicesSet up our internal system with the new capabilitiesCoordinate the capabilities closing process with all departments involvedResponsible for weekly and monthly documentation audit of all components part numbers to assure repair is done with the latest documentation revisionEnsure all new capabilities documentation are filed and to keep all the shops up to date with require documentationOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:Proficient computer skills including Outlook, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphicsOrganizational skills, prioritize and organize assignmentsMinimum qualifications: HS diploma or GEDDetail oriented, multiple tasking, flexible, and positive attitudeYou embody our values:CUSTOMER FOCUS We strive to provide the best services to our customers.INTEGRITY We are personally accountable for the highest standards of ethical behavior.TEAMWORK We are committed to a teamwork environment.ADAPTABILITY In an ever-changing world, we are adaptable to the required challenges.We offer a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package.
