Our Sales Department operates from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid position within New Hampshire. Provide information to incoming customers about product knowledge requests and order requests in a timely and accurate manner. Process orders, changes, and returns based on department policies and procedures.Consult and collaborate with Production, Accounting, Shipping, and other departments to ensure customers' orders are processed in a timely manner and to expedite any missing or delayed shipments.Assist customers in prepayment options such as check, wire transfer, ACH, PayPal requirements, and processing credit card payments. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the CSR Supervisor to meet sales goals and other objectives.
