As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the support coordinator for our enterprise customers: resolving problems, managing customer processes, and addressing any customer concerns.Schedule and Pay:You will be working weekdays 7:00am - 4:00pm, in-person at our Fife, WA headquarters. Salary starts at $36,000/year. When your 3-month probation is over, you will receive a $150/month commuter bonus and $100/month fitness fund to be used for fitness activities.What You'll Do:Represent Continuant by providing exceptional support and experiences for our customers. Respond to a variety of customer inquiries and offer solutions.Smoothly navigate internal processes: accurately documenting, leveraging technical resources, partnering with internal and external service teams, and resolving new problems daily.Communicate with customers over the phone and in written form.
