Licensed Practical Nurse - (LPN) The Birches Assisted Living (1) OPENING: PART TIME 3PM-9PM ( NOTE: We do not have any overnight Nursing Shifts in our community which means you get to go home when you are scheduled!) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Education: Must be a graduate of a nursing program. * License: Must be licensed as an L.P.N. * Experience: At least two years experience as an L.P.N. in a long term care or hospital setting preferred.
