Summary of Position: Our mission for service is to provide a high level of hospitality and respect to everyone that joins us for dining. Hospitaltiy is how we take care of our guests. We require team members to master our hospitality platform and extend it to not only our guests, but to one another. We are looking for an experienced host to join our team and efficiently manage seating within the dining room to  ensure guest satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival. • Maintain coat check for all guests • Manage all reservation platforms  (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible. • Balance guest flow and be able to multitask during high volume service hours.  • Facilitate to-go orders, be knowledgable of enitre menu offerings and daily specials. • Relay messages to servers, server assitants as needed. Qualifications: •  Availability Monday - Friday, afternoon/evening shifts available • Previous hosting experience preferred • Must have exceptional grooming habits.
