JOB TITLE: Customer Service CoordinatorDEPARTMENT: Customer ServiceREPORTS TO: Customer Service ManagerJOB OBJECTIVES:To support the Customer Service Professional, Customer Service Team Leads, and the Customer Service Relations Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Customer Service Department in an efficient and accurate manner.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assemble and upload audit docs and audit pack.Update Sales Order and Purchase Order as needed.Process name and address changesMonitor and forward as appropriate email correspondence via the CS email inbox.Retrieve voicemails, track and forward as appropriate.This may require providing basic information to customers.Answer phone calls from the toll-free Customer Service number and provide information to the customer as required.Coordinate projects and appropriate tracking and follow-up to ensure completion within allotted timeframe.Additional tasks may be required with short notification by the C/S Relations ManagerMonitor and track withdrawal process.Track temp holds and attend monthly meetings to report information.Other tasks may be required or assigned.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:BS/BA PreferredOne to three years customer service-related experience.Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office SuiteBEHAVIORS:Continuous improvement mindset for effectiveness and efficiencyLeadership - by example and mentoringOngoing feedback, up or down the organization - to either acknowledge performance or to initiate improvement.Internal and external customer focus and responsiveness.Communicate regularly to your team and the organization.Solve problems, propose solutions, and knock down barriers to success.Collaborate across the organization.Always accountable for performanceFlexibility and openness to new ideas, solutions, and reaction to the marketRecognizes risks and mitigates if necessary.DQS Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
