Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and health regulations to ensure safe food handling practices. Assist with catering events or banquets as required, showcasing your ability to work in various settings. Utilize the POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices within the restaurant industry is essential. Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
