LPN - Temp

¨ Dispense medication, pick up and implement orders from Psychiatrist & MedicalDoctors.¨ Ensure medication compliance and medical chart maintenance.¨ Conduct physical screenings of children.¨ Coordinate medical appointments.¨ Make appointments for outside services as indicated, check progress notes.¨ Prepare list for infection control, order medical supplies.¨ Assist in crisis intervention and recreational activities.¨ Participate in behavior management system.¨ Transport residents as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications - External¨ Minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates Degree or above preferred.¨ Current NY State LPN Certification required.¨ Experience with the population of the program is preferred.¨ Acceptable background clearance, including fingerprinting.SCO Family of Services is an equal employment opportunity employer
