Customer Service Coordinator/Retail Sales Associate

Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be one of the Best Managed Companies in North America.Required immediately, our local KENT BRANCH is seeking a FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR/RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE!In this role you will support our sales team with Front Desk/Reception duties at our showroom, assist our customers with their ongoing projects over the phone, and sell to retail customers via walk-in/online/phone inquiries.Desired Skills & Experience:• High School Diploma with 1 - 2 years customer service experience in a similar industry (construction, home repair, building materials etc...) • Experience estimating blue prints, and completing measurements strongly preferred • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs• Ability to solve problems as they arise• Strong understanding of measurements and fractionsDuties and Responsibilities:• Greets showroom customers, and assists with inquiries over the phone & online• Supports sales staff with customer requests• Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product• Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, using mail or telephone.• Responds to inquiries and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required• Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered• Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty• Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly• Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)• Ensures that orders are put into production on time to meet pickup and delivery schedules• May handle warranty and service issues as they arise• Other duties as assignedFLOFORM is proud to offer the successful candidate:• Highly Competitive Wages! $18/hr - $23/hr + Commission DOE• Medical/RX/Dental/Vision benefits/PTO• Company paid Life/ADD insurance• Company paid EAP plan• Medical and Dependent FSA plan• Opportunity to participate in the company 401k planFLOFORM Counter-tops offers a positive and fun working environment that rewards those who share in our mission: "To consistently provide our customers the best counter-top purchasing experience available."
