Job Summary:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries, sales support, order processing, and maintaining customer relationships. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. The representative will work closely with both customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of orders.Job Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding aerospace products, services, and solutions.Provide accurate product information, pricing, and lead times to customers.Process orders and submit contracts or acknowledgments to customers.Assist customers with order placement, status tracking, and technical specifications.Assist customers in selecting parts, products and solutions that best meet their needs, including offering alternatives when necessary.Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Manage customer accounts including setup and updates.Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, contribute to product improvements and ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.Collect and report customer feedback to help the company improve its products and services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.Prepare regular sales and customer service reports, tracking key performance metrics such as order volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.Performs additional duties as required.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; electronic trade school or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering is preferred.Minimum of three years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.Advanced mathematical skills.
