Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be responsible for responding to requests from customers, dealers, distributors, builders, designers, servicers or Regional Service Managers via phone calls or emails.Responsibilities:- Respond to email, voicemail or telephone requests within 24 hours.- Provide first line support to customers, dealers, distributors, builders, designers, servicers or Regional Service Managers.- Fully document all emails, phone calls or voicemails that are acted upon.- Follow up with Regional Service Managers, the Warranty Administrator or the National Sales Manager for situations requiring escalation.- Troubleshoot product issues and provide simple appliance adjustments.- Provide information regarding warranties and identify authorized servicers.- Provide product dimensions and assist with warranty or non-warranty repairs.- Provide general information regarding our products.This position will be required to work in office Monday-Wednesday with a remote option Thursday and Friday. This position will also be contracted through a third-party agency as a Beko US, Inc. employee. RequirementsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Experience in customer service is preferred.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
