Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and Project Estimation. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. Location: Mason - OH USA You must be legally authorized to work in USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Responsibilities: * Lead project planning sessions to set project goals and objectives * Oversee all aspects of project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution * Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies * Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques * Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation plans as necessary * Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date * Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives * Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle * Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes Qualifications: * 11 to 15 years of experience * Must have strong experience in Delivery Management and Project Estimation * Should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills * Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Must have experience with project management tools and software * Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery * Nice to have experience in the Payer domain * Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies * Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model * Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
