DescriptionPosition Overview:The Customer Service Representative (Korean Bilingual) is responsible for activities in the Welcome Center or Customer Service Office as the primary point of contact for all internal and external customer interfacing communication. The CSR is responsible for completing paperwork, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and error free. The CSR provides information both internally and externally for a predominant portion of the day. The CSR is also responsible for knowing the Shipping & Receiving Clerk functions and is able to perform in the Customer Service as well as the Shipping and Receiving function, if needed.1st Shift (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm) - $22.75/hourPosition ResponsibilitiesProvide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customersMaintain inbound and outbound schedulesComplete paperwork to make sure it is error free and prepare orders for distribution to forklift operatorsProcess and schedule all carrier appointmentsCommunicate with customer on scheduling issuesSign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperworkAssign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loadsMaintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventoryProcess Bills of Lading and associated shipping and receiving documentsReconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activityWork closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goalsReport errors and/ or issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracyParticipate in all training programs providedPerform all duties in a safe and timely mannerQualifications and RequirementsRequiredHigh School Diploma/GED equivalent requiredPC Experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previous AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) experience preferredBasic math and reading skills necessaryDetailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environmentAbility to follow oral and/or written instructionGood interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customersPreferredPrevious shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse environmentPersonal QualitiesStrong interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenPositive approach in all interactionsTeam orientated and self-motivatedAbility to multi-task calmly and effectively in a rapidly changing environmentSolid organization skillsWillingness to learn new systems as neededWork EnvironmentThis role routinely uses standard office and computer equipmentCJ Logistics About Statement:CJ Logistics delivers integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea and land.
