Overview: The HR Project Manager excels in project management and change management, hereunder analyzing data to inform decisions, integrating insights into project scopes, and managing the dynamic contributions of different team members and project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. This role will support the implementation and promotion of projects and initiatives that are focused on culture, diversity, equity and inclusion within the Company. You will collaborate closely with the VP Culture & DEI Team, People Development teams, and the Impact Team, supporting strategic HR projects and initiatives related to DEI and culture development. In addition, this role supports the Impact Team with the implementation of other projects as assigned. * This position requires a hybrid schedule consisting of Tuesday and Wednesday in office days in our Parsippany, NJ headquarters location.* Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO * Assist in the development and execution of global strategies as well as the communication, implementation and change management for each * Coordinate with the People Development team to create and implement training initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization and enhance educational offerings * Serve as a liaison on projects with multiple, global Human Resources teams, ensuring that DEI considerations are integrated into broader project objectives * Accountable for the effective delivery and implementation of all initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational values and people strategy * Monitor the impact of initiatives and training on organizational culture, providing regular feedback to People Leadership Team * Analyze global DEI data (both internal and external data) to drive decisions * Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all projects/activities Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED * Minimum of 5 years' experience working in HR with a specialized focused on organizational change, culture and DEI * Minimum of 3 years' experience spearheading projects and ability to influence organizational stakeholders in different regions and cultures * Proven experience of change management and transformation, with a focus on the cultural and people impact * Deep understanding of DEI principles and the ability to translate these into effective training and development programs * Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively delivering training sessions and engaging diverse groups in a multicultural international environment * Good understanding of GDPR and privacy laws, as well as a basic understanding of discrimination laws and risks associated with working with DEI data and initiatives * Advanced in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use HR analytics tools for effective decision making * Understanding of the organization's culture to anticipate how change will be received and the best approach to guide adoption.
