Project Manager Top Skills: * Experience in Mobile App & Business Operations * Good Exec Communication/Reporting Skills * Ability to Execute and Lead Independently Position Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc., or any other non-IT-based project. Responsibilities: * Co-lead the eCommerce strategy, business planning, analytics, and experience for the Shop App team. * Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting. * Collaborate with category management, performance marketing, product, and finance teams for the planning process and manage all program approvals from key internal stakeholders. * Lead product launch planning and forecasting for flagship products with a high degree of accuracy. * Lead highly functional and agile business planning and cross-functional teams. * Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications. * Lead strategy to drive app acquisition, activation, engagement & retention. * Measure new app installs and define a strategy to grow the active install base and reduce churn. * Lead & execute the App push notification strategy. Identify the target customer segment and personalize merchandising strategy to them to achieve high click-through rates Requirements: * A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification preferred. * 5-7 years of experience required. * 7+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: Mobile App development, product marketing, business planning, sales planning, or strategic planning and analytics roles. * Strong experience working with Mobile Apps is required. * Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Tableau preferred. * Prior experience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talent. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships at all levels of the organization. * Structured and process-oriented approach to solving business and operational problems with a highly agile approach. * Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholders across multiple lines of business. * A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. Master's Degree Preferred.
