Job Reference Number: 11935 Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities: Support hourly and daily quality management and support across our Corporate and Catering programs. Execute master internal tools, and interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers on a regular basis. Your work will be critical to Emerging Categories operations Detect fulfilment challenges before they become widespread and persistent. You will be an active contributor to helping launch new pilot initiatives, as we test and build this business. Provide feedback on standard operating procedures on a regular basis. Attention to details. Qualifications /Skills: Excellent Verbal communication. Ability to adapt to changing contexts. Experience preferred - last hour logistics or experience working for a food delivery company having knowledge of the relationship between merchants, drivers and customer. Salary Range: $23 per hour **The above pay range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. In determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Schedule: Mon - Fri 40 hours/week Either 6:00 am - 2:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm MST Hybrid in office 2 days a week at least (Tues and Thurs) Safety: Vaccination against COVID-19 may be a requirement for this job in compliance with current client and governmental policies.
