Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: New York, NY 10004 (Hybrid 2 days in office, 3 days Remote) Duration: 2+ Months (The dates provided are only an estimate and not a guarantee) Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 hourly Job Duties: First point of contact for all customer service issues. Responsible for ensuring patient/client medications, supplies and equipment are accurately recorded and sent to distribution. Consults with Supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies/equipment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality at all times according to established procedures. Provides positive, supportive communication to supervisor, patients, families, visitors and company personnel. Shift Time - 9 AM to 5 PM, required to work 1 Saturday a month (9 AM - 5 PM) Rotation on 1 late night alt weeks of 12-8 PM with flexibility. Bi-lingual preferred. Education: Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, including, but not limited to, customer engagement, customer services, sales, community engagement.; OR High school degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including, but not limited to, customer engagement, customer services, sales, community engagement; Healthcare especially Managed Care experience preferred but not required.
