Location: Fully Onsite - Monday through Friday in Deerfield Beach, FL You are looking to make a big impact. As our People & Culture Project Manager, you would impact the lives of 12,000+ TLE Teachers, the 50,000 children we educate, and the communities we serve in and around our 400+ locations. And we are growing by 50+ new locations per year, so we need you to help build the benefits programs, People initiatives, and HR technology needed to sustain our company culture and employee engagement. The People & Culture Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing people-related projects that align with the company's strategic objectives, particularly in the areas of company culture and employee engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Employer Brand & Culture, the People & Culture Project Manager will work cross-functionally with various departments, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of people initiatives that elevate and highlight our culture, including employee engagement and technology implementation. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead people-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals, including: * Support management and marketing for our annual Employee Engagement Survey. * Support post-survey Action Planning at our 400+ locations throughout the TLE system. * Manage TLE Cares, our employee benefits program for employees of our franchisee partners. Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive and support initiatives that strengthen the company-wide culture and enhance employee engagement, impacting over 10,000 employees. Employee App (TLE Happy Hub): Become a subject matter expert in our employee communications app, the Happy Hub. Develop strategies and campaigns to further registrations and develop content that drives engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, franchisees, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Marketing & Communications: Utilize marketing and communication platforms to effectively roll out people initiatives. Develop communication strategies to ensure maximum awareness and participation in company-wide programs. Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams, assign roles and responsibilities, and provide guidance to ensure projects are completed successfully. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report project progress to key stakeholders, including the Sr. Director of Employer Brand & Culture, providing regular updates on timelines, costs, and project risks. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve people processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new people processes or technologies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role; ideally with exposure to software implementations, HR app development, and/or employee engagement and benefits programs. * Strong understanding of people processes and systems, such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee retention. * Understanding of marketing and communication platforms and strategies to support company-wide initiatives. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. * Proficient in project management software (e.g., , Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar). * Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. Preferred Skills: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience. * Experience with people technology implementations (e.g., HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems). * Experience working in a franchisor or franchisee environment is desirable but not required. * Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
