Job Title: Customer Service Representative II Duration: 6+ month contract with high possibility for extension Location: Ashburn, VA (Onsite) Duties: Enter and verify orders; handle customer phone calls and emails. Manage quotes and issues, update RMAs, and post-sales/quotes follow-ups. Run reports as assigned. Manage accounts and relationships within a territory, working alongside the designated Regional Manager to drive sales growth and revenue. Collaborate daily with the Regional Manager to prioritize workflow, tasks, and activities. Update customer, account, and opportunity information in various databases. Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend appropriate solutions. Support ISO quality systems, policies, and continuous improvement efforts. Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor. Skills: 1-3 years of experience (minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding customer service skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or technical experience preferred. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
