Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $37.84 - $38.42. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Working with colleagues who love what they do and are deeply committed to our Mission, you too can be part of our transformation across the enterprise LPN Full-Time Working under the supervision of a MD or Registered Nurse, you will provide care to patients in the physician office setting. Your scope of duties will include assisting the physician in treatments and procedures, fostering effective and patient throughput, delivering excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining an organized professional environment. Your ability to promote the highest standards of patient safety and respond to patients and families with consideration and compassion is critical to the mission of HSS. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Current NY State registration and license is required coupled with BLS certification required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential. Minimum one year acute or sub-acute care experience preferred. Minimum Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing * Current NY State LPN License and Registration * BLS Certification Preferred Qualifications: * At least one year of Ambulatory Clinic, Physician's Office or Hospital setting * Experience with EMR preferably EPIC * Excellent customer service and communication skills to all customers including patients, physicians, fellow co-workers, etc. * Establishing and maintaining an organized professional environment * Ability to thrive in a fast paced setting Non-Discrimination Policy Hospital for Special Surgery is committed to providing high quality care and skilled, compassionate, reliable service to our community in a safe and healing environment.
