Project Manager 2 Job ID: 24-06321 Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $57/hr. on W2 Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days M-Th / WFH Fri Top skills: Channel planning, retail knowledge, problem solving KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Overall: * Support the Sr Manager and Sr Director for implementation and ongoing management of HE or DA presence across US retail for designated key accounts (DiY / BBY / Club / Regionals). This includes: * How the brand appears in-store * How the indirect sales teams in retail advocate and represent our products and services * How we maximize our partnerships with US retailers to achieve sellout goals and drive success and growth Expectations: * Work closely with internal stakeholders and Sr Manager to drive brand preference and conversion across the designated key account * Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and execution of HE / DA Channel plans * Support Sr Manager to execute Key Account channel initiatives, and become part of a high-performing team aligned to the highest standards of planning and execution Key Responsibilities: * As a Key Account Manager your role is integral to the success of HE / DA in US retail * Work with internal Retail cross-functional teams to project-manage and execute Retail GTM plans within channel partner's retail stores * Plans will include a variety of initiatives including merchandising / POP deployment, experiential retail, Sales Associate training, sales programs, and engagement * Support all HE / DA product launches and promotional activities, including ONE Launch, and key drive times * Bring bold and innovative thinking to continuously improve brand experiences, consumer and product engagement, rep knowledge in the retail environment, and coordinate with the team to execute quickly and effectively * Support placement planning to optimize sales for each HE / DA product category across retail locations * Uphold brand standards as you prepare retail merchandising and display plans based on category priorities as well as shopper, consumer and retail insights * With the support of internal DX partners, support digital content implementation (on product/device + digital in-store signage) * Partner with 3rd Party Labor agencies and field leaders to leverage brand /product campaigns and insights at retail, to provide merchandising implementation and agency management, and execution reporting * Evangelize the HE / DA vision and mission * Become part of a visible and high-performing HE / DA Channel Operations team. * Job details *
