Company Website: Job Summary: * Provide comprehensive field technical support for projects sold by Applied NYC office. * Expert in VRF technology * Able to identify and communicate with contractors on installation best practices. * Perform diagnostic troubleshooting for systems in operation both on site and over the phone with customers. * Conduct assisted start-up and commissioning services as necessary. * Keep detailed project files and communicate scheduling for ongoing services necessary for customer satisfaction and proper system operation. * Produce comprehensive service reports on a regular basis. * Build long-term relationships with customers.
