Job DetailsJob LocationBranch 18 - Bentonville, ARPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionThe Sales Counter/Driver Associate role touches every aspect of branch operations: customer care over the counter and the phone, warehouse duties, and driving responsibilities. The Sales/Driver associate will be knowledgeable, motivated, energetic, and able to manage time effectively. Each branch is a 3-4-person team, so we cross-train each associate. Everyone at the branch is essential to the store's overall success.Responsibilities:Greet and direct customersIn-person or over the phone must answer customers' questions about specific products/services (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)Entering orders in the ERP systemPull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or deliveryDevelop and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor-sponsored training programsCoordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during our busy season)Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environmentMay be required to make local deliveries to the customerEnsure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand: exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere,and high energy.All other duties are assigned by the branch manager or Keeling Company leadership team.Employees of Keeling Company have the right to refuse dangerous or unsafe work.QualificationsJob Requirements:A current or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical CertificationMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floorForklift certification provided by Keeling CompanyClean Motor Vehicle ReportAbility to use the computer for email, invoicing, and inventory managementHigh School degree or equivalentPrior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experiencePass a required Drug and Background checkCustomer service and communication skillsAble to remain professional and courteous at all timesBilingual is a plus, not required
