The Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher at American Leak Detection is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, insurance and municipal customers throughout NC and Central VA area. Benefits for our Customer Service Reps (CSRs):401(k)Paid time offPaid HolidaysCustomer Service Reps (CSR) Core Responsibilities:Answer calls, take notes, and record information accurately such as customer's name, address, service needs, etc.Create jobs, schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians to the appropriate jobsKeep records of service calls and work ordersLanguage Skills: Applicant must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals with good grammar, punctuation and spelling; and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, other employees, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical Skills: Applicant must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest rates, commissions, proportions, and percentages, knowledge of area, circumference, and volume; and have the ability to apply basic math concepts.Strong Customer Service skills: Your voice tone should be friendly, confident, and reassuring. Honesty in communication is required.Experience working with maps, knowledge of geographical area, and giving directions.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information relayed is essential.Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and other software programs (Service Titan, Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc.)Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company.Organizational skills helpful.Manage multiple tasks and handle high stress situations.Wages based on experienceAvailability: General workday is Monday through Friday, after hours and occasional weekend availability may be requiredUpon offer of employment, you will be subjected to a background Investigation and drug screening prior to employmentCustomer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:Excellent customer service and telephone skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries- a plus but not requiredExperience using Salesforce is a plus but not requiredExperience using Service Titan is a plus but not requiredAbout American Leak Detection:American Leak Detection is the industry leader in accurate, non-destructive hidden water leak detection.
