This role provides vital internal and external support to keep everything running smoothly. This position will provide outstanding customer service, that includes answering the phones, processing the orders, tracking the deliveries, providing sales support, assisting with technical support, training and answering customer/staff questions and concerns in a timely manner.Duties include:Assist potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our various product linesRecommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needsCollect orders from each of the drivers and inputting orders from Sales call insCalling specific customers for weekly ordersOpen customer accounts by creating and documenting various interactions from both customer and State Liquor CommissionMaintain all customer records with updated account informationResolve customer problems by identifying and clarifying the cause of the problem; determining and explaining the best solution to resolve it; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments/payments/collectionsCreating and adjusting invoices; balancing load sheets; processing Bill and HoldsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks in a timely and efficient mannerServe as backup to receptionistRequirements High school diploma, some college preferred or equivalent experience2-3 years' experience in a customer service/support role, preferably in distributionExcellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with strong attention to detailAppreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer serviceIntermediate skills in Excel, WordExperience with MAC OSMonday-Friday
