Project Manager: (Experiential Designer) Project Manager will oversee the design process from concept to completion, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to integrate visual communication elements seamlessly into environments. The role will involve managing projects, nurturing talent, and ensuring design excellence while adhering to timelines and budgets. With a focus on both creativity and strategic oversight, EGD project manager will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful and visually compelling experiences that enhance brand identity and user engagement. Management Responsibilities Client Interaction & Relationship: * Responsible for fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. This includes understanding client needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Building trust and rapport with clients is essential for ensuring satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships. * Proactive interaction and personalized service will help identify opportunities for collaboration and enhance overall project outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach are crucial for successfully managing relationships and achieving project goals. Business Development: * Work closely with Design Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive organizational growth. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and building relationships with potential clients and partners. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations that showcase the company's strengths and capabilities is essential. * Actively participating in networking events and industry conferences to promote the organization and establish a strong presence in the market will be key. * Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach will contribute to expanding the client base and enhancing business development efforts. Project Coordination: * Coordinates project teams to ensure the timely completion of documents. * Budget and Proposal/RFP: Lead the development of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This includes conducting thorough research to understand client needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, and crafting compelling narratives that highlight strengths and solutions. * Ensuring all proposals are submitted on time, comply with RFP requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition is essential. * The role involves meticulous editing, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic alignment to enhance the likelihood of winning new business opportunities. * Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Resource Planning & Management: * Responsible for effective resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle. This includes assessing resource needs, allocating resources based on project priorities, and monitoring usage to prevent bottlenecks or shortages. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to identify skill sets and availability is crucial for maintaining project momentum. * Regular tracking of resource performance and adjusting plans as necessary will help ensure project objectives are met efficiently and on schedule. Strong analytical and organizational skills are vital for balancing resource demands and maximizing productivity. Project Schedule & Workplan: * Work closely with Design Director to develop detailed project plans that define objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor progress, manage risks, and facilitate team communication to meet milestones. * Regular updates to the workplan will help adapt to changes and enhance project outcomes, leveraging your analytical skills for successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction. - Financial Planning & Management: * Responsible for overseeing the financial planning and management aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational budgets and financial goals. This includes developing detailed project budgets, monitoring expenses, and forecasting financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with financial policies are essential tasks. * Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders provide insights and updates on financial status. * Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking drive effective resource allocation and contribute to the overall success of the project.
