Quality Control Manager

Redefine Construction, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Site Supervisor to oversee and quality control the installation of Falkbuilt glass fronts and full wall solutions at job sites throughout the Dallas area. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision. The ideal candidate has a strong background in framing/drywall, thrives in dynamic environments, and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.As a Site Supervisor, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with labor suppliers, clients, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely project completion. This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites across Dallas and surrounding areas.
