The Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist will work with a great team of professionals Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable /Collections Specialist The Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist will generate and send accurate and timely customer invoices. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed. Implement effective strategies to collect outstanding receivables. Communicate with a high volume of customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Maintain accurate records of collection activities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related issues. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and collections status for management.Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive customer relationships.
