Room for internal growth.Flexible working hours.Responsibilities of Inventory Accountant: Perform the accounting transactions related to all inventory cycles, including Inventory Transfers, Receiving Inventory, recording vendor bills, Landed Costs, Assembly Builds, Inventory Adjustments.Review Bill of Materials for accuracy Review and update inventory pricing in NetSuite Inventory reconciliations; research and resolve discrepancies. Month end reconciliation of Inventory related General Ledger accounts, including Inventory in Transit, Accrued Purchases and Landed Costs Prepare Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau reporting as well as Tax Compliance documents Assist with annual financial documents as required by outside accountants Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as neededPreferred Qualifications of Inventory Accountant: Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance a plus 2+ years' relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of Inventory Warehouse/Manufacturing experience preferred NetSuite experience a plus
