Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.Responsibilities:Work within the organization that supports the Governance, Oversight and Health Reporting for Backup and Enterprise Critical Infrastructure activities following Regulatory MRA remediationSupport a variety of the planning, coordinating and delivery tasks within the established control processes that addressed regulatory MRA's, Compliance, Audit and Policy requirementsFacilitation of Data Backup Policy and Standards compliance and exception processingManagement of Process Owner Portal (POP) Single Process Inventory (SPI) Process and Control maintenance routines and Metric reportingAddressing Control partner inquires, and challenges related to Data Backup Policy and Standards as well as Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) StandardsCoordination with large number of individual data/application owners, and the tracking and oversight of corresponding Policy adherenceInfluence and support executives, application owners and SMEs by facilitating operational deliverables within a collaborative team environment and delivering resultsBackground in Technology Resiliency, Business Continuity, Backup and Restoral Services with emphasis on Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory delivery Requirements: Undergraduate/Graduate degreesStrong written and verbal communication that supports driving strategic direction while providing guidance and support of enterprise and other business management servicesOut-of-the-box thinking with the ability to identify technology and/or process solutionsExceptional ability to think systemicallyExecution driven, highly collaborative and able to influence through engagementAbility to effectively communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriatelyWorking knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus, and resolving conflictsAbility to establish and grow strong relationships while managing change across the CTI partnersAbility to learn and adapt quickly in making sound decisions while facilitating process working sessionsExposure to Technology in areas of Backup and RestoralFamiliarity with Business Continuity conceptsMRA delivery experienceDesired Skills: Six Sigma Certification Pay Range: $55.15-$63.15Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
