Division Head of Accounting and TaxationAbout the Company and Role - Division Head of Accounting and TaxationCFS NY is working with a global manufacturing organization searching for a Division Head of Accounting and Taxation to join their teamThey have long lasting tenure, great benefits including a 401K and a pension plan along with many financial incentivesThis role will be reporting directly into the VP and President of the organization and will be playing a huge role in overseeing both the accounting department and the taxation departmentRole Responsibilities - Division Head of Accounting and TaxationManage and oversee corporate accounting, corporate income/franchise tax and financial functionsMonitor GAAP and IFRS compliance practices, federal and state tax regulationsMinimize corporate tax liabilities and Provide financial information, tax research and planning to the top management for making business decisionOversee monthly financial statements analysis and reporting to the top managementMonitor performance of accounting and taxation departments and provide necessary training, improvement or job arrangement among themFollow up monthly and year-end closing schedule, and assure close on time and accurateFollow up federal and state quarterly and annual tax returns are accurately and timely filedPreferred Qualifications - Division Head of Accounting and TaxationExperience working with both GAAP and IFRS10+ experience in Accounting and/or TaxationPrior supervisory/managerial experienceBA or Master degree in Accounting or TaxationCPA is a plusMandarin speaking is a plus #INJUL2024#ZRCFS
