The firm owns, manages, and leases some of the largest residential and commercial properties in Manhattan. If you are looking to work in a terrific and friendly work environment, continue reading!About the organization:The organization has been around for almost 100 yearsThe majority of properties are in NYC, with other locations in Florida, California, and the MidwestThe firm is located in Midtown, Manhattan.Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:Perform various reconciliations for all properties in the assigned portfolio on a monthly basisInvestments, checking, money market accountsRecord and monitor daily bank account activity for properties.Post cash and disbursement entries as needed.Collaborate with other departments on ad hoc projects to ensure needed information is provided in a proper and timely manner.Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:Bachelor's degree in Accounting3+ years of progressive accounting experience in the real estate industryCPA or Public Accounting Experience a plusSalary up to $75K depending upon experience level#INJAN2024#CBJAN2024
