Work in a hybrid role that spans everything from technical accounting to insightful management reporting.Growth & Mentorship: Reporting to the CFO, you'll gain immediate exposure to decision-makers and have the chance to develop into a financial leader, with real-world experience and strong mentorship.Diverse Responsibilities: Contribute to multiple areas, from GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation to operational support for the digital billing pany Recognition: Be part of a company recognized as one of the top 20 broadcasters in the United States, owning and managing 11 radio stations across three markets and a growing digital marketing business.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial AnalystWork with the CFO to develop and maintain timely and relevant financial reporting for all stakeholders.Coordinate portions of the monthly/quarterly close process and provide operational variance analysis through to financial statement preparation.Manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors.Research technical accounting issues to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.Develop and improve accounting internal controls, policies, and procedures.Assist with tax compliance and collaborate with tax advisors on annual returns.Maintain the Cash Flow Forecast and work to improve the collections cycle across business units.Provide operational support to the digital billing team, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting.Help design and maintain a digital reporting dashboard.Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Financial Analyst:Minimum 3 years of audit experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research issues and drive resolutions#LI-OR1#INNOV2024#CBNOV2024#ZRCFS#LI-Onsite
