SmileMakers FC General Stocker

As our General Stocker, you will be responsible for replenishing primary locations quickly and efficiently in order to facilitate the shipping of all customer orders. This position takes place on-site in Spartanburg, SC and the hours are Mon - Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions Use replenishment reports to accurately stock primary locations on a daily basis Accurately move product from bulk storage to primary locations both physically and on product movement sheets for inventory controlOperate stock picker or other equipment in proper and safe manner Learn and understand the products in assigned section and streamline replenishment process Aid and assist stocking lead in all other stocking functions Support and adhere to SmileMakers' mission and values statements Abide by all policies and procedures of SmileMakers and Oriental Trading CompanyMaintain regular and predictable attendanceWork requires in-person collaboration among colleagues and contractorsMust be able to attend face to face meetings on short or little advance notice Marginal Functions Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Here's what you need to join the fun: Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSelf-motivated and able to prioritizeAble to operate forklift and stock pickerNeeds to be comfortable with heights up to 30 ft.General reading and writingSome general computer skill EducationHigh School Diploma or GED ExperienceLess than 1 year work related experience Other QualificationsThe ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shiftThe ability to occasionally move or lift up to 35-70 poundsAbility to work in elevated work areas up to 28 feet high  Join us at SmileMakers, part of the Oriental Trading family of brands, where fun means business!   SmileMakers () is the premier provider of patient giveaways and practice promotion products for the dental and medical markets.
