We're in over 28 countries world wide, with over 2,400 doors in the USA. At St Tropez, we are looking for a National Account Manager to join our ambitious team. Reporting into our Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for retailer and distributor accounts across the country for the brand. Responsibilities * You'll be responsible for nurturing multiple relationships with distributors and retailers while identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating retailer support pushing St Tropez to the next level both in store and online. * Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels with the retailer teams, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and MarketingConduct successful contract and commercial negotiations to deliver optimal visibility to the St Tropez brand * Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of the beauty department store and distributor retail context & category to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs * Participate in weekly planning team meetings to drive and analyze sell in and sell out performance, shipments and align on forecasts * Initiate weekly conference calls with merchant team and monthly meetings to review all business opportunities and issue * Develop full calendar of activities for retailers, leveraging overall brand strategy and marketing objectives * Analyze sales returns and impact of promotional programs and trade spend to make recommendation and identify future opportunities and mitigate risk * Strategically manage Trade spend to maximize sales and marketing activities. * Work collaboratively with finance to develop and manage P&L decisions to drive maximum sales and ROI * Manage retailer tools and portals owning all product listings and new-product launch setup * Own all net sales forecasting, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner * Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with your counterpart in Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain * Build strong working relationships with Education and Marketing to ensure perfect execution of the trading plan. Qualifications * Experience in account management * Experience working with Macy's/Nordstrom/Beauty distributors/QVC is required * A passion for Beauty * Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Previous experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment * Attention to detail and accuracy * A collaborative mind-set allowing for strong cross functional relationships * Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others * Great communication skills; both verbal and written * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work across different time zones effectively * Some travel required Equal Opportunities: At PZ Cussons, we value diversity and make sure everyone feels included.
