Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $119,000.00 What's this role? Etsy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager within our Operations Team. You will play a key role in coordinating the activities and timelines of small to medium-scale campaigns and channel support projects. You will manage the execution of specific project components, ensuring they align with overall project goals and are completed on time and within budget. You will monitor project progress, identifying blocks, and address project challenges. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and to develop your project management skills in a supportive environment. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Creative Operations. This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Project Planning & Execution and Operational Support will be key to this role. * Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. * Coordinating the successful execution of small to medium-scale projects across various marketing channels. * Manage the execution of specific project components, aligning with the overall project plan. * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and address them promptly. * Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, set expectations, and resolve day-to-day project issues. * Assist in facilitating meetings and presentations to ensure clear communication of project goals and progress. * Operational Support:Contribute to process improvements related to your workstream, helping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are: * 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Adept at coordinating multiple tasks and ensuring project components are delivered on time. * Excellent problem-solving skills and can address day-to-day project issues efficiently. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
