Someone that knows how to banter, have fun, knows the menu like the back of their hand, and can look at a bar three deep and remain composed. A bartender that treats each guest with graciousness and impeccable hospitality. Someone with zero attitude. Someone that understands that the guest is the most important person in the room. And lastly, someone that loves to bartend. Job Qualifications: Warmth and graciousness; The ability to function highly in a busy environment.  Full food and beverage knowledge. A comprehensive understanding of cocktails and wine. Toast POS experience a plus. Great communication skills. Ability to manage a large and busy bar that is at times three patrons deep Create stellar guest experiences.
