JOB DESCRIPTION: Must be available in the evenings Tuesday-Sunday and/or mornings Saturdays and Sundays. Work on the line during service, setup and maintain your station. Plate items to Reyna Standards Be able to plate dishes consistently and quickly. Follow recipes to ensure consistency for a fantastic guest experience Maintain clean and organized stations Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines Follow FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness Work as a team with all team members Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have strong knife skills and ability to work all stations Food Handlers Certificate a must Ability to keep a positive work environment for you and your peers Must Have 3 years cooking experience.
