Description Essential Functions + Perform general maintenance duties. + Handle all equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents and demonstrate good working knowledge of tools and their safe use. + Follow preventive maintenance schedule / instruction and complete reports, as requested. + May also be required to: inspect and repair plumbing and irrigation systems, maintain small water features such as fish ponds, repair light fixtures, help maintain swimming pool and perform general sanitation duties. + Perform other job duties as required. + Maintain grounds through mowing, weed eating, landscaping, etc. Requirements + HS Diploma or GED required. + Previous experience in grounds keeping and/or maintenance preferred + Preferred knowledge of standard practices, procedures, tools, knowledge of maintenance equipment and the ability to operate machinery and tools. + Valid Driver's License required + First Aid & CPR Required, training will be provided.
