Back Server

Busser/Runner Red Hook Tavern is looking for a great supporting back server.  Like the entire staff at Red Hook Tavern, our busser/runner should be frendly, hardworking, and excitied to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality. Job Description: Work closely with team of servers, bartenders, hosts, dishwashers, chef and cooks in a fast-paced service environment Present a neat and professional appearance Provide professional, friendly and engaging service Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests Ensure patio and dining setup is well stocked and clean Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist in patio setup and breakdown Display enthusiasm and knowledge about the Tavern's menu and ingredients Complete all opening and closing busser/runner side work and mise en place in a timely fashion Requirements: Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk/stand for 8 hours Punctuality  Attention to detail Time management skills Positive attitude Team player Provide proof of Covid vaccination status S trong time management skills  are needed to prioritize duties and maintain the patio and dininig room's flow of guests.  Adaptability and weekend availability a must! We are currently serving lunch 3 days and dinner 7 days a week.
